The challenge
Express Recruitment's traffic was low, and their outdated website was actively damaging the brand of one of Nottingham's most established recruitment agencies. Candidates and clients alike were forming first impressions from a site that no longer reflected the quality of the business behind it.
What we did
We took full responsibility for the rebuild — starting with a deep phase of research into the recruitment market, candidate behaviour and search demand before a single design was drawn. The new site was rebuilt from the ground up with a modern design worthy of the brand, a structure engineered for search, and expert on-page SEO throughout. Post-launch, we provided ongoing technical support and bespoke feature additions as the business needed them.
